Srushti has begun preparing for the UPSC exam in her third-year in engineering. During her graduation she wondered if she was able to be satisfied with her engineering job. After realizing her dream that she had, she set out to work for civil service. Her parents advised her to study for civils and make it a profession serving the public. She did not lose motivation and was focused at her dream of becoming an IAS. To be able to pass UPSC requires more effort. Her plan was to complete her engineering classes and study for UPSC in addition to studying different topics. Every day, she set aside the time to study for exams. In only 1 and 1/4 months she studied for engineering examinations, and stayed away from all social interactions. Her belief is that staying focused only on the work at hand is essential to pass this exam. She was focused on passing this test, and she put in a good number of efforts. Everyday, she read the newspaper to keep updated with the current news. Rajya Sabha TV, online sources and various study tools proved to be a great help for her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh Book IAS Srushti Deskmukh wrote and published A book entitled The Answer Writing Guide. The book is available in every library across every state in the nation. Every IAS candidates who have studied thoroughly to take the IAS examination will find the book a useful source.
